Keto Gang loaded Cauli
1 head cauliflower
2 TB coconut oil
1 TB turmeric
three spring onions
half crimson onion
Chives
four rashers bacon
Chilli flakes
Bitter cream
Mozzarella cheese.

Chop the Cauli into chunk dimension items and microwave for five minutes to melt barely, as soon as cooled, coat in coconut oil and turmeric, place on a lined baking tray with the crimson onion and bake for 20 minutes at 180.

Chop and fry the bacon, as soon as the Cauli has cooked throughout, add the chopped bacon, cheese, chives, chilli flakes and spring onion and return to the oven till cheese has melted.
